Will CloudFlare affect my Google Analytics stats?

Having CloudFlare enabled for your website will not affect your Google Analytics stats.

CloudFlare's proxy does not interfere with the connection between your website and Google's servers. Thus when visitors open your site, they interact directly with Google's servers.

This does not apply only to Google but to any type of tracking software that collects data via a script on your website.
