This is a known issue in cPanel which occurs when you access your cPanel via the Access cPanel Normally button in your Customer Area.

In other words, this issue appears when you access your cPanel using the cPanel proxy, i.e:

http://cpanel.sitegroundXXX.com

In order to avoid it, please access your cPanel via:

http://yourdomain.com/cpanel

or using the Access cPanel Securely button in your Customer Area.

cPanel is easy to work with when you have the right host to support you. If you need a reliable partner to help you manage your website with cPanel, check out our cPanel hosting services!
