How to restart your domain transfer if it has failed due to wrong EPP code?

If you are notified by our system that your domain name transfer has failed due to a wrong EPP code, you should contact your domain name's current registrar and ask them to generate a new EPP code for you.

Once you receive the new code you should post a ticket in our Help Desk -> General Problems category and provide the Hostlantern team with the domain in question and its new EPP code.

Then we will apply the new EPP code for the domain transfer and restart the procedure.

If you are not yet a customer, check out what our domain services include and how we can make your life easier. Managing your own domain is easy when you have the right host by your side.
