I do not have access to the administrative email for my domain name. Can I still transfer the domain to you?

Access to the administrative email for your domain is no longer required for successful transfer completion, unless you are trying to transfer a .eu domain. Once you have the Authorization code (EPP key) for your domain, access to the administrative owner email can only help you speed up the transfer process.

If you are trying to transfer a .eu domain name, please ensure that you have access to the email you provided in your SiteGround Customer Area details. If your transfer fails because you do not have access to that email, contact our Customer Service Team to provide a new address with which we will restart the transfer.
