I have changed my domain name DNS servers to point to Hostlantern but my website wont open.

Everytime a DNS record is changed there is a period of 24 hour propagation through which the information propagates throughout the servers. After that period is over you should be able to access your site without any problems. Please make sure that you have set your NS records to the server where your account resides. Your records should look like this:

ns1.server.com
ns2.server.com

You can view server name for your account from My Account section" -> Get Support Section -> Check the status of your host server.

If you are not yet a customer, check out what our domain services include and how we can make your life easier. Managing your own domain is easy when you have the right host by your side.
