My MX records point to a local server and I cannot receive mails sent from my site

This issue is caused by the fact that your domain is listed in /etc/localdomains and mails are routed locally regardless of the MX records.

To resolve this please post a support ticket by going to your Customer Area -> Support -> Open a Support Ticket -> Technical Issues.

Setting up your email is easy when you have the right host by your side. If you need a reliable partner to help you resolve email issues and provide expert support, check out our email hosting services.
