When you contact Hostlantern support we may need to validate your account before we can discuss account-specific details with you or assist you with your support inquiry.
In order to validate that you are the account holder we may ask you for your account username and Support PIN.
The Support PIN is a unique number that is assigned to your account for 24 hours after you visit Support PIN Settings page.
In order to get your Support PIN, mouse over your Hostlantern username at the top of the page and you will find it in a drop-down window:
