You can also ask for help within the application community and search its forums for problems similar to yours. Most applications have dedicated communities and you should quickly receive help on your issue.
In case the problem is hosting related you should contact your host and ask for assistance.
Our Help Desk allows our customers to contact the Hostlantern support team following these simple steps:
1. Log in to the Hostlantern Customer Area.
2. Click on the "Support" tab.
3. Click on "Open a Support Ticket" in the right menu.
4. Select the category which is related to your problem (for example "Service Down" if you have problems with your website, FTP or email).
5. Provide as much information about your problem as possible, including step-by-step instructions on how to recreate it on our end with any login details we may need in the process and any errors you get.
6. Use the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page to report your problem to our support team.
