How to import Outlook contacts into the MAC Mail application?

To import your contacts from an Outlook application to the Mail program on your MAC you should follow the easy steps below:

1. Export your Outlook contacts into a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file.
2. Start the Address book.
3. Select File > Import > Text file from the menu.
4. Locate the previously exported file and double click on it.
5. Select the "Ignore first card" option.
6. Click on "Do not import" in the Address Book column's corresponding field.
7. Select the appropriate columns Email(work), Email(home) or Email(other) and click OK.
