Should I report the domain names of my competitors that are spamming the search engines?

This is by any means not necessary, all you can do is help the search engines become more accurate. By any means, you should not file reports that compare your competitors website with yours. If you consider that the results are not relevant or for example the results are from different domains but for the same service, product etc – this is what you should file a report for.
