What is the max file size I can upload through cPanel’s File Manager?

There is no limitation set for the maximum file size which you can upload with cPanel's File manager. However, it is not recommended to upload large files through it because the transfer may time out and corrupt the file. If this happens you will have to restart the transfer.

Instead you are strongly advised to use FTP for bigger file transfers. You can use an FTP client that suits you best - FileZilla, CuteFTP, SmartFTP, etc.

cPanel is easy to work with when you have the right host to support you. If you need a reliable partner to help you manage your website with cPanel, check out our cPanel hosting services!
