What is the status of my domain name transfer?

You will receive a notification via email when the transfer of your domain name completes along with all necessary information about the process.

If more than 7 days pass without any updates, please post a ticket in Hostlantern's HelpDesk.

For this purpose you have to log in your Hostlantern User Area and proceed to the Support tab > Open a Support Ticket Billing.
