My domain’s status has been changed but it still cannot be transferred

A change in the domain name status requires 24 hours to propagate and take effect.

Please try re-checking the status of your domain in 24 hours and if there is no change contact our Support Team via your Customer Area -> Support tab -> Open a Support Ticket Billing.
