If your .UK domain is managed by Hostlantern, you can change its IPS TAG from:
Customer Area -> My Account -> Domain Names -> Manage button -> Domain Name Tag

If your .UK domain is not registered by Hostlantern but you need to change its TAG in order to initiate a domain name transfer, you should contact your current registrar and ask them to make the change. The domain name tag should be set to TUCOWS-CA before the transfer can be initiated.
Once the tag has been set to TUCOWS-CA, you can initiate the transfer from your Hostlantern Customer Area > Order tab > Domain Transfer.
