If you have a backup of your database, you can easily restore it via the phpMyAdmin tool available in cPanel. Detailed information on this can be found in our tutorial on how to backup and restore your MySQL database.
In case you don't have a backup of the database you want to restore, but you have the daily backup upgrade enabled for your account, you can easily restore the database from cPanel > MySQL backup restore.
Even if you don't have daily backup enabled, you can still have your database restored from SiteGround's backups. You can order the backup restore from the SiteGround User Area > Support tab > Open a Support Ticket > Development Services > Backup Restore.
