How can I increase my e-mail quota?

You can set different values for your e-mail quota by logging in cPanel and going to Email Accounts tool. Next to each account, there is a button called Change Quota.

Currently the following email quota limits are set per email account:

1. For Shared servers, depending on the plan you use:

  • StartUP - 500MB per email account
  • GrowBig - 1000MB per email account
  • GoGeek - 2000MB per email account

2. Dedicated servers and Cloud servers - unlimited

You cannot set quota which is bigger than the applied limit for the corresponding account type.
