Once you have signed up with Hostlantern you are entitled to a free website (not domain name) transfer including all your files, databases and reconfiguration to work on our server. This promotion is valid in the first 30 days of your subscription and you to apply for it you just need to post a ticket in the Website Transfer category of theSupport section in your User Area.
Please bare in mind that this promotion does not include a transfer of your domain name. A domain transfer can be ordered from your Customer Area → Order section.
