Hostlantern's Customer Area has a simple and intuitive design intended to help customers in diagnosing and solving their problems. When needed, a ticket can be posted following these steps:
1. Log in to your Customer Area.
2. Click on the "Support" tab.
3. Click on "Open a Support Ticket" in the right menu.
4. Select the category which is related to your problem (for example "Service Down" if you have problems with your website, FTP or email).
5. Provide as much information about your problem as possible, including step-by-step instructions on how to recreate it on our end with any login details we may need in the process.
6. Use the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page to report your problem to our support team.
