Once you purchase a new domain name from Hostlantern it has to be configured on your account in order to use it. You have two options:
- To park it over your primary domain so that it opens your main site. Follow this link for more information;

To create a new site with your new domain. For this purpose you need to have a hosting account that allows addon domain functionality, for example Hosting PLUS, Semi Dedicated or a higher hosting plan. If you are using standard web hosting account you need to upgrade it from your Customer's area. After that you have to configure the addon domain in the cPanel of your account following these instructions.
